At ImageFIRST Cincinnati, we are more than just an ordinary linen vendor. In fact, we don’t consider ourselves a vendor at all. Instead of just delivering healthcare linens, we act as a full-time partner to medical facilities.
ImageFIRST BLOG - Cincinnati
At ImageFIRST Healthcare Laundry Specialists, we strive to provide medical facilities with the highest quality medical linens and laundry services possible. To that end, we are excited to announce the launch of our new Product Catalog.
This catalog covers our expansive inventory of items designed to enhance the lives of patients and the professionals that care for them.
- What if I run out of linen for my patients?
At ImageFIRST, our goal is to make sure that this never happens to you. We partner you with a Customer Advocate who works with you to build an inventory based on the volume of patients that normally enter your facility. However, we know that some days have an unexpected increase in patients. That’s why we offer our Same-Day Linen Rescue.
If you ever run out of linen due to an unexpected increase of patients, your Customer Advocate will deliver backup linen to meet the volume of patients and the new amount of inventory that you need. All patients are accommodated within the day that you are experiencing a volume increase.
This year we’re celebrating our 50th year in business! It all started back in 1967 when two brothers founded ImageFIRST when they purchased a small dry cleaning company. As the company started growing, the focus also shifted from dry cleaning to uniforms to finally servicing the healthcare industry with an emphasis on outpatient facilities. Today, ImageFIRST has a healthcare-only focus, and we are continuously developing our expertise in that market.
Like all ImageFIRST locations across the country, we here at the Cincinnati location are much more than just a provider of patient gowns, medical uniforms, and scrubs in Cincinnati, OH, and the surrounding communities. We celebrate our associates—who are always at the heart of our purpose—and strive "to build a great company by positively impacting the lives of our associates, our community, our customers and their patients."

Here at ImageFIRST Cincinnati, we do much more than offer bed linen and patient gowns: we are leading providers of medical scrubs and uniforms in and around Cincinnati, OH. What's more, because we also offer an effective scrubs program, you can count on us to provide you with scrubs that convey your healthcare facility's professionalism and authority. After all, the scrubs your staff wears are more than just uniforms. They are one of the many things that your patients see when your employees provide care, and should thus be kept in excellent condition.
If you’re not sure how effective your scrubs program is, or the condition or quality of your staff’s scrubs, it's time to give us a call here at ImageFIRST Cincinnati.
The best way for healthcare facilities to generate a positive outcome is by putting the patient experience at the forefront of their services. Sharing that same passion, we at ImageFIRST in Cincinnati, OH aim to put patients at the center of what we do, which is why our services and products are designed to help improve the patient experience. We are always striving to improve our processes and services to help our customers provide a better treatment experience for their patients. That’s why we’ve become an Organizational Sponsor of The Beryl Institute, and will be attending their annual Patient Experience Conference 2016 on April 13 through 15 in Dallas, TX.
Your medical sheets and towels may be sanitized and clean, but how do they appear? If the linens lack in color and quality, patients may develop a negative outlook towards their treatment experience, no matter how clean they actually are. Making sure the medical bed linens are sanitized, clean and on the shelf is important, but they also need to look bright white for patients to feel like they are well-cared for. When patients are receiving treatment, they don’t want to be provided with linens that appear 50 shades of gray; they’d prefer sheets and towels that look clean, fresh and crisp!
It’s a bird! It’s a plane! It’s… it’s…REMARKABLE! If you are wondering who the man in the purple cape is, we invite you to meet him – Captain Remarkable. As the face of ImageFIRST, he travels around the country to represent the Worthwhile Work that we do for our community, customers and their patients. He stands for our values as a company, which are channeled through our quality services and customer interaction. Anyone can say that they are remarkable, but Captain Remarkable shows us that being extraordinary is about what you do!
